About publisher (GSPA)
Since its establishment in 1959, Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University (GSPA) has now stood as the world's top administration / policy education and research institution. It has ranked the 11th in social policy & administration academic filed of the QS World University Rankings in 2021. This is the fruit of the great vision and effort of the senior professors who participated in the early establishment and created the foundation of the school.
Until now GSPA has produced many successful candidates for the state-administered exams, as well as excellent public talent and follow-up generations through master and PhD degree programs. Recently Master of Public Enterprise Policy and Public Leadership Executive Program have been established to educate talented people who lead public institutions in various fields.
Above all GSPA aims to cultivate intellectually mature and beloved talents. Furthermore we will do our best to ensure that they have a positive influence on solving the challenges of the global community.
